Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

A lovely 2 double bedroom (king size beds) annex with a dining/sitting room/kitchen, which is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Dedicated Wi-Fi with a Smart TV. Ample parking available. This is a totally independent property in the grounds of your host’s house, only 4 miles out of the historical City of Lincoln. The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.

For sporty guests there's Market Rasen Racecourse which is a few miles away as well as Cadwell park. And if your a beach lover we are central to Cleethorpes and Skegness with all the attractions. The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.
