It's at the 4°floor of a quite building with private courtyard, in the very center of Pescara, just few minutes away from the beach, the train station and 6km from the local airport. In this area you can find all kind of shops, restaurants, bar and clubs for nightlife. It has a lovely terrace that you can enjoy in the summer.

L'appartamento si trova in un edificio storico, con le originali volte in mattoni, appena fuori le mura del borgo. E' composto da un'ampia zona giorno, con cucina attrezzata, divano letto e tavolo, e zona notte con letto matrimoniale. Il bagno è di recente ristrutturazione, come la cucina. Situato nella parallela del Corso principale con i suoi ristoranti, locali e negozi. Spiagge e lidi sono raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti, così come il porto turistico per l'imbarco verso le Isole Tremiti.

All’ingresso, la cucina munita di tutti gli utensili, frigobar, ed una parte allestita unicamente per la colazione con macchina del caffè in capsule, uno spremiagrumi ed un bollitore per il tè.
