Welcome to your clean and convenient hideaway, steps from Chapman University. Great location in Old Towne Orange. With plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. This private home features two spacious rooms with comfy beds, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. There is also a small bonus office for your use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. Private room is separate, secure and quiet-so no access to main house is available. However, host family is on-site to answer any questions and make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Hosts are long-time area residents who have owned and lived in this home for over 10 years. A directory of local shopping and restaurants is provided, along with complimentary wi-fi and cable TV. The home is in a unique and desirable location and offers easy access to village life and the beach from a quiet residential neighborhood. It boasts access to city parks, tennis courts, golf, and trails for biking and hiking all nearby. Corona del Mar Village Apartment

Our apartment is located on the beach side of Pacific Coast Highway and has a very unique charm. We are located in the heart of Corona del Mar Village ('Flower Streets'). The apartment has two bedrooms and one bath. With a foldout couch that converts to a double size bed. There is a sleeping capacity for up to 5 persons. A pack-n-play portable crib and high-chair are available for tots. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and an ice-chest. Full use of the laundry is provided at no charge.

Come relax in your own private studio on Balboa Island. Queen size bed and pull out sofa bed provide plenty of room for all of your sleeping needs, as well as a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig for your convenience. The main street of Balboa Island has everything you would need during your visit including shops, restaurants, market, The Village Inn bar, bike rentals, and many sweet tooth favorites like Dad's Donuts and Sugar 'n Spice serving their famous frozen bananas and Balboa Bars.

This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
