The Alpine Den Is perfect for all occasions, from a romantic getaway to a family retreat. Located in an old growth forest near the Salmon River, nestled under a canopy of Firs and Cedars. The cabin sits on a picturesque half acre lot, minutes away from great restaurants, markets, golf course, biking and amazing hiking trails. Glamping at its finest !!!!!! Come enjoy our Private forest island retreat on our 22 acre working farm . Relax and take in the fresh air without the hassle of having to pack up all your camping equipment. The spacious yurt can accommodate up to 4 people with a queen size bed and a 2 person pull out cot. This private yurt is on a island on our land surrounded by the water and trees. We also have kayak for rental upon request to use at the surrounding lakes and river.

The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

Dwell-Featured Modern Tiny Cabin | Mt Hood Region

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

Cozy 700 sq. ft. rustic log cabin with stunning views of Mt. Hood and Zigzag Wilderness. Just 3.3 miles from Highway 26, a perfect mix of privacy and easy access year-round. The cabin sleeps up to six guests comfortably. With hiking trails, ski resorts, and Mt. Hood attractions just minutes away, adventure is never far. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per pet, so the whole family can enjoy this peaceful mountain retreat!
