Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

The Annexe Newnham, Nr Daventry, Northamptonshire

A comfortable deluxe self-contained studio in the village of Newnham. The apartment consists of a large open plan studio with a Super King size bed which can convert to two singles, a television (Freeview), a sofa, a fridge, tea (an extensive choice) & coffee facilities, Nespresso machine. There is also a Breakfast table. Upstairs there is a dedicated work area that can be used as a dressing room. By arrangement, an extra bed can be made up in this room. Plenty of books and games provided.

The Loft at Newnham Lodge

In the middle of our farm, the Loft is a detached, self-contained first floor apartment accessed via an external oak staircase. There are 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower, a galley kitchen (two ring hob, microwave and combi oven/grill), and ample living space. The Loft sleeps a max of 4 people with either 2 superkings OR one superking and 2 singles. A cot is also available. There is a dining table, sofas with TV, and a flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Cosy Little Barn - kitchen, bathroom, own access

The Little Barn is a self-contained one bed cottage annexed to a former Victorian farmhouse in the attractive Northamptonshire village of Kilsby. Open plan living with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer/mini oven, toaster and kettle (no hob). Large screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. Double bed, comfy sofa, dining area and en suite shower room. Private access and private parking. Just 28 minutes from Silverstone and 12 minutes from Onley Grounds Equestrian complex.

About 10 mins drive to Northampton Town centre. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.
