The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Our quaint courtyard garden at the front of the property is perfect for alfresco dining, whereas the cosy sitting room is relaxing, child-friendly and inviting after a long day of exploring! The property has parking for 1-2 cars, and also easy access to the bus stop in the village.
