Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The entrance has a small 7inch step - once inside bedrooms bathroom kitchen dining and lounge areas are on one level. Access to the patio via patio doors - 3 small steps, each 5inches in height and another smaller step leads to the main garden. Situated within easy access to the M5 motorway and close to local bus routes ideal for exploring pretty Cotswold villages.

2 person dog friendly self catering ground floor annexe. Set in a peaceful 5 1/2 acre smallholding surrounded by countryside and farm land. Has it's own private enclosed garden and our hay field for dog exercise. Whether you are wanting time away or visiting the area for business or family, the annexe is ideally situated for both. With Cheltenham only 4.5 miles, Cotswolds nearby and M5 Motorway easily accessible. There are local dog friendly pubs and more amenities in the surrounding area.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautiful one bedroom self contained annex with separate living space, and off road parking, all of which is adjoining our family home. We are approx. 1.5 miles from the M5 and 10 minutes from Cheltenham town centre. Cheltenham boasts an array of shops and boutiques, coffee shops and bars, for you to enjoy during your stay. Cheltenham hosts many events such as racing, the science, literature and jazz festivals.

Snug space ideal for relaxing getaways. Set in area of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect base for couples to explore the Cotswolds with direct access to Cotswold Way. It's a quirky small space. Intended as a great escape, there is WiFi but no TV. Dogs: 1 w-behaved dog welcome (+ £10). Firepit & logs: By request (£10) NB Bathroom space limited, stairs tricky for less mobile, roof terrace is private & overlooked by our house.
