Our private cottage nestled in the woods w/ 200ft+ of waterfront on 4 acres will surely give you the relaxing vacation you long for. Totally renovated, with two bedrooms upstairs. 2 docks & a swim platform. Kayaks, outdoor fire pit, walking trails, ATV trails, fishing and more! The cottage comes completely stocked with towels, bedding, cookware, family games and a PS4. There is a deck overlooking the water as well as a yogo platform that can double as a tent platform. Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

Your cozy getaway awaits in Wayne at this superb lake-front cottage. With 2 bedrooms, including a king bed and a queen bed, as well as an additional sofa bed, this soothing retreat offers a phenomenal escape for guests. The cottage features all the essentials you need, such as heating, WiFi, an iron, AC, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The 1.5 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and towels. On-site dock access to Androscoggin Lake as well as access to our nearby community beach.

A glamping site built in 2022 offers a contactless check-in process with a custom key code. Additionally, we have added archery, axe throwing, and kayaks to enhance your outdoor activity!

Cozy Hand-Crafted Home on Bear Pond

A cozy escape from the business of life. Tucked just a half mile off route 219 down a camp road on a favorite body of water is this home. The water is warm during the summer and kayaks are ready to slip into the water for a loon encounter or fishing expedition. It’s only 10 minutes to groceries or good restaurants. The access road is a couple miles long and safe for walking. (Shaded and cool from the hot sun. ). Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. Tv in each bedroom.

This newly renovated cabin features a screen porch with views of the sunset over the pond. Horseshoe Pond is perfect for swimming or a quiet paddle. Kayaks available. Loons and bald eagles frequently visit the pond. PLEASE NOTE: Half mile access road is in poor condition - need 4 wheel drive vehicle or vehicle with high clearance. ALSO: No wifi is currently available in the cabin. It is available on our neighboring property for short-term use.

Enjoy a quiet and peaceful visit to this cottage on a small pond in Maine. This place was renovated by my family and I in 2022 with a brand new wooden deck and stairs leading down to the water in 2023. A full sized bed and the bathroom has a shower and tub. We love to cook so there’s a sprawling kitchen counter and full kitchen with a grill outside on the back deck. Surround yourself with greenery and water and settle in for a cozy visit.
