Historic & beautiful Conesus Lake property. Built in 1920 & operated as a restaurant & bar until the 90's. Now a 4 bedroom, 2 bath half house. 2 miles south of Long Point Park on the West side. Lake access with dock & kayaks provided. No parties please. Livingroom downstairs & another upstairs, game room with card table, dart board, & bar. Both livingrooms are equipped with Streaming TV's (Roku,Firestick). Wi-fi. Guests can access 30 ft of lakefront, as well as a volleyball court & pool.
