Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. A 2 block walk transports you to the downtown square for shopping, dining, and the beautiful Llano river! Follow us @staylucetx for farm+design inspo! The Shady V Ranch cabin is located 2 miles east of Castell on about 100 acres. Breathe the fresh, clean, crisp air. Now get ready to enjoy some fun time "UNPLUGGED". Cell service is limited and there is NO wifi provided on the property. This ranch has been in my family for over 100 years. My Grandfather (Henry Hasse) first bought the land in the early 1900's. We are excited to be able to share part of the Texas Hill Country and the beautiful Llano River. We hope you enjoy your stay!

The trail to the river (vibrant with wildflowers in the spring) offers a firepit, cowboy pool and viewing deck complete with swings. We can't wait to share this piece of paradise with you!
