Kitchen for guests to prepare meals and snacks. Guests are welcome to tour the farm. Only one guest group (individual, couple or small group) occupies the Guest House building at any one time, so complete privacy during your stay.

Cozy Pine Log Home

We hand built this 2400 sq.ft home/cabin with local pine logs, these timbers that form the main structure of this cabin are hand notched and stacked local pine. We did most of the work and designing on this and were able to put a personal touch to the work inside and out. NOTE!!!This is a rustic place with modern convenience, (Knotty hickory cabinets, Pebble and tile showers, Bamboo floors, Local, pine, log exterior walls, Tulip popular interior, Log and barn wood furniture. This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

River Rest

This is an amazing fully renovated cabin on almost 5 acres that you can walk right out the front door and access the water. We are located on a bay of the TN river where Tom's Creek flows in. Incredible bird watching & star gazing. Bring your kayaks, paddleboards or bass boat. When the water is up anchor out front or store at a nearby marina. There is a boat ramp on this bay although it's pretty bare bones. Mousetail Landing State Park which has newer ramps is only 13 miles away.

Fully furnished with full bathroom, excellent large deck, city water, full kitchen, 3 double beds and 1 queen. Easy River access - perfect for fishing, canoeing (rentals available nearby), swimming and lounging. We just repaired the road and it’s very smooth and easy to get to the cabin!
