The Cubby. Large private double Room and en-suite.

We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. The perfect base for all outdoor pursuits with maximum privacy in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

The Cabin, Rannoch Station

Located at Rannoch Station on the edge of Rannoch Moor in the Scottish Highlands one of Europe's last wilderness areas. Breakfast basket provided inc tea, coffee, bread, eggs, milk, butter, jam and porridge. Wood burning stove ensures you are warm and snug whatever the weather - fuel free of charge. Perfect for walking, kayaking, cycling, climbing the many hills and mountains in the area or simply relaxing for a few days and enjoying the nature. Overnight sleeper is a great transport option.

Darroch Garden Room #1 hot tub in Luss Loch Lomond

Luxury, en suite accommodation with exclusive use of private hot tub. Includes light breakfast plus tea and coffee in room. The contemporary retreat with its own private entrance and decked area is located overlooking Allt a’ Chaorach stream. The Bothy Suite is in the 'hidden village' of Slockavullin , delightfully rural but only 1 mile from the village of Kilmartin with Pub, museum and cafe. Temple Wood and the standing stones are in walking distance with the Crinan Canal a short drive or cycle. The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. Breakfast is continental.

Seventh Heaven

This is an immaculate self contained studio attached to the main house, with a walk in wet room and a jacuzzi bath. There is a kitchenette area which consists of a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge and microwave. It is fully equipped but there is no cooker, however there are lots of good restaurants in the nearby town. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Fort William town centre and has a panoramic view of Ben Nevis.

1 bedroom guest house with wood fired hot tub

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! There is a kitchenette with breakfast provisions for your stay. A wood fired hot tub and private gated garden with stunning rural views is for your sole use. License no ST000931F
