In this walking hot spot there is also an array of other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and watersports on Loch Earn.

Kennels Cottage is located on the picturesque and private Yair Estate, which is situated on the banks of the River Tweed in the heart of the Scottish Borders, approximately 35 miles south of Edinburgh. The Yair is a perfect base from which to explore everything that this part of Scotland has to offer. The cottage is situated on the Southern Upland walk a cycle route and there are published mountain biking trails a stones throw away.

My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The lodge sits completely on its own with plenty of parking right outside the door.
