"Dail an Fheidh" (gaelic for "Deer Field") is a 2 bedroom house situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Linnhe. The house is set in an acre of field and has direct access to the loch. There are amazing views over to Ben Nevis and red deer graze near the house, all year long. A 40 minute drive will take you to the popular town of Fort William or head west to explore the stunning Ardnamurchan Peninsula. You can use the Corran Ferry to access the house, but please note, we are not on an island.

Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

With stunning views over Loch Long toward the Skye Cuillins and shoreside wildlife including oystercatchers, otters, and herons. Just a 5-minute walk from the world-famous Eilean Donan Castle, the most photographed castle in Scotland, if not the world! With the Skye Bridge nearby, it serves as the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking Isle of Skye & Lochalsh

All are welcome and the entire house and facilities are yours during your stay.

South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Kellas Lodge

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

The Otter caravan sleeps 4 guests with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which can be made into a double if requested. It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with tv, fireplace, DVDs, books and games. The caravan has been thoughtfully and individually furnished. It is situated on the Shores of the Beauly Firth with incredible views to the Mountains beyond with fantatic bird and wildlife watching opportunities. The caravan is double glazed and central heated.

Dundonnachie House (Licence PK11066F)

We really hope you enjoy your stay at Dundonnachie House, the house was formerly used as offices and we have lovingly restored it back to a home. The house is located right in the centre of Aberfeldy, with all amenities within walking distance. There is an abundance of Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and boutique shops to be enjoyed. The first Sunday of every month(April - Oct), from 10am - 2pm there is the Aberfeldy Farmers Market selling a mix of food, art and craftsmanship.
