Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. The cabin is located inside Sunset on Seneca Campsites, 300 yards from Lodi State Park and Seneca Lake. Nestled in the Finger Lakes Region you'll find numerous wineries within a 5 minutes drive. Within the campground that is home to nearly 150 season campsites you will find a friendly family oriented community welcoming guest. We provide one free bundle of firewood each night as needed. Select weekends we have free live music events as well as food events. All cabin guest are welcome to join.

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Lake view surrounding vineyards. Keep an eye on the sky while sitting on the porch and you may see a bald eagle. Don’t be surprised if a deer turkey. Fox etc wander through. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

Ithaca Falls View Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.
