I would love to host you in my modern and clean home right in the middle of one of the most coveted neighborhoods in the city, the Marina District. You will only be a few steps to the Marina waterfront, beach, and Crissy Field. If you look toward your left, you can’t miss the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. You can stroll to Chestnut Street and Union Street where you will find restaurants and trendy store fronts.

Stunning views of Mount Tamalpais off the deck. Modern appliances, quartz counters and oak hardwood floors. Large windows and french doors allow year round sun. Enjoy hiking and mountain biking at trailheads just a short walk or ride down the road. Make the drive to West Marin and the Wine Country. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults on 2 king beds and 2 high quality airbeds are provided for total sleeping for 6.

Cozy studio guest suite as part of 3 bedroom apartment, with separate entrance. Bathrm w/shower, lge closet (8x3 ft), small kitchenette. Queen bed + pull-out couch (twin bed). Very quiet. Away from street. Private outdoor area. In Polk & Chestnut area, close to great restaurants/cafes, easy walk to Aquatic Park and Ghirardelli Square. I live within the three bedroom residential unit and will be sharing the residential unit with guests during their stay (with a separate entrance).

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
