Set at the back of a Georgian house, the duplex apartment has a large living and dining area with skylights, opening onto a small private patio, surrounded by other gardens. The larger bedroom has a workspace and looks out over the gardens below, with the other double bedroom below it. The Japandi-style bathroom has a powerful rainwater shower, and there is an additional toilet and basin, and a washer dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a single fold-up bed available on request.

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.
