No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

We live in the building across the garden 😉 if you need anything. Summer we share the ice and ice-cream maker in the outdoor kitchen.

Whilst it is in a secluded location off the A1, it is a 29 minutes train ride to London St Pancras International. Best served by car as there is limited pedestrian access. The toilet works on a Mascerator system (i.e. it is not on main drainage) so care must be taken as to what is discarded in it. Access is through the main apartment. Suitable for two adults. Professional owner & dog in adjoining main apartment (and sometimes an additional dog staying).
