Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Unser Apartment (85 m²) liegt idyllisch am Ritten, in einer ruhigen, denkmalgeschützten Umgebung auf einem Hügel. Umgeben von den atemberaubenden Dolomiten und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Oberbozner Erdpyramiden und der St. Georg- und Jakobskirche entfernt, ist es der perfekte Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber. Mit der Mobilcard erkundest du Südtirol kostenfrei und genießt freien Eintritt in viele Museen. Ob Wandern oder Entspannen – hier erlebst du die Natur in malerischer Kulisse.

Located in the village of Lengmoos near Klobenstein/Collalbo, the holiday studio 'Sallrain Hof Monolokal 4' offers you a fantastic location. The 20 m² accommodation consists of a living area with kitchen, a queen-size bed, and a separate bathroom, and accommodates 2 people. Amenities include heating as well as satellite and cable TV. You have access to a shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue, and playground. From the lawn or outdoor area, you enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains.

Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für vier Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

At Florerhof in the village of Völs am Schlern, you will find the charming holiday apartment "Lavendel" in a popular holiday destination at the foot of the Seiser Alm at an altitude of 880 m. From the village, you enjoy a magnificent view of the Schlern and the Santner peak. The lovingly furnished apartment features a well-equipped kitchen-living room with a cosy dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit wunderbaren Blick auf den Schlern, Rosengarten und Latemar den Dolomiten Unesco Weltkulturerbe. Ebenerdig befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, im 2. Stock befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett aus Zirbenholz und ein geräumiges Bad mit Regendusche, WC und Bidet. Sie hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Wiese.

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Thalerhof Naturae Oasis Ritten" in Auna di Sotto/Unterinn is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 38 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A spa area with a sauna and a whirlpool can also be used for an extra fee. A baby cot is available for a fee.
