Villa fonctionnelle agréable à vivre avec 6 chambres et 3 salles de bains . Elle possède une piscine non chauffée (ouverte du 30/04 au 01/10), un jaccuzzi chauffé toute l’année, un brasero (interdit du 01/06 au 30/09) , une balançoire et espace pétanque. Cheminée pour l’hiver. TV du logement dans chambre RDC. Nous demandons respecter le calme car située dans un lotissement avec un voisinage très calme . Pas de musique en extérieur. Tous commerces sur Salernes Marché le mercredi et dimanche.

One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music.
