We offer you a peaceful, comfortable and private room with a queen size bed and desk to study or use as a make up table. There are also 2 additional sitting areas. Window seat with pad and pillow and two chairs with small table to have your morning coffee. Kitchenette amenities include : small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We supply coffee, cream and sugar. (Filtered water for coffee or drinking). We supply towels for the bathroom and extra towels for the beach.

The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.
