You have on site parking, private outdoor sitting area, a compact kitchen with gas hob, fridge. Wood burning stove to provide warmth in the cooler winter evenings. Espresso Coffee machine. Tea, coffee, essential condiments supplied. Extremely comfortable double bed, bathroom, shower/toilet. Constant hot water. Just take a deep breath & relax!

Welcome to our Scandinavian timber-cladded cabin situated in a quiet rural setting only 6km from Athenry town with its medieval castle, cosy pubs, good restaurants, and shops. Athenry has rail/bus connections with Dublin, Limerick and Galway City. An ideal spot from which to plan your excursions: head west to Galway City (23km); or southwest via Kinvara (24km) to the Burren (43km); and then to the Cliffs of Moher (70km). Or, go east to Loughrea (19km) where there's safe summer lake swimming.

Sleeps 10, only 20 minutes drive from Limerick city and 10 min from the picturesque twin towns of Killaloe and Ballina. 2 double bedrooms, 1 queen with bunkbeds and unsuite and one double with unsuite. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room and two sitting rooms, two-sided fireplace and a study table. The sheltered valley is nestled in the foothills of the Slieve Bernagh Mountains with Clare's highest peak; Moylussa (532m) standing behind. The apartment is a converted brewery with views towards the Ardclooney River and the hills above. 4 miles from the picturesque riverside town of Killaloe/Ballina and pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, markets, fishing and watersports/beaches of Lough Derg.

Travel time from Shannon and Knock international airports is approximately 1hour. The fantastic Atlantic way is on our door step, with the Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands and Connemara just a short drive away.

Burren chalet - beautiful space, fabulous location

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The chalet is nestled at the foot of Oughtmama Mountain amongst ash, hazel, and whitethorn trees. It's the perfect location for walking on the Burren pavement, caving, rock climbing, foraging on the shore, or swimming in the Atlantic. You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

Babes Cottage

Our cottage is nestled in the beautiful Slieve Blooms mountains. This cottage boasts a traditional thatched roof surrounding by fantastic countryside. The cottage features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up hearty meals with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Warm up by the fireplace in the inviting living room, where you can curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.
