This is a 264 square foot tiny house in the historic Grant Park neighborhood. Enjoy a quiet, peaceful stay on a beautiful, tree-lined street. You'll be walking distance to awesome coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the oldest park in the city. And beautiful Oakland Cemetery is just up the street. The King Memorial MARTA train stop is .3 miles (three city blocks) away.

Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.
