This is a basement suite in our home with private entry and all private spaces. We are two blocks from restaurants, breweries, and the entertainment of LoHi. Popular attractions like Ball Arena, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field and downtown are also walkable from this centrally located apartment. And, if adventure is calling, easily escape the city for a concert at Red Rocks or a hike in the mountains!
