It is run by Anne a private host who will welcome you on arrival. Rocklands is a small peaceful village with a community shop for all essentials, plus local produce, off license, fresh coffee and Norfolk ice-cream. Village pub The White Hart pub is 5min walk

Spacious, family friendly country house apartment

Have a relaxing stay in a spacious, rustic apt in the historic Rokeles Hall, the space features cottage style interiors for guests who appreciate comfort & history. The apt has parking (2+ cars), a private entrance & sleeps up to 8 (incl 2 dbl sofa beds). The original Hall (on 14 acres) was built in the 1200's & the existing Georgian building from the 1600's. Great wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave & oven (no formal kitchen). Good restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & walks nearby.

This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

SNETTERTON RACE CIRCUIT NEARBY Dunford Cottage with 4 Ensuite Bedrooms that generally sleeps up to 8, however with 9 beds available can accommodate 11. If required private area available sleeping an additional 4 with kitchen and bathroom at extra fee, which is also suitable for wheelchair access. See pictures 70-73. Dunford Cottage was originally four 19th Century farm workers cottages, now modernised and split into two, with the Hosts living in the adjoining cottage.
