House is located in historical center of Makarska, 20 meters from the sea & main seaside promenade - 5 minutes walk from main public beach. Apartment is air-conditioned and offers separate bed room (queen bed),spacious living room (convertible sofa), new modern furniture, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dining and bath room. Makarska, is located on the slopes of Biokovo mountain, which means that only if you are located near the sea like we are, there is no uphill walk to your apartment ;)

The apartment is completely new and features a modern interior. The apartment has 1 bedroom, which has a double bed. In the living room, there is a couch which you can convert into a double bed. This apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. Downstairs, there is another self-contained apartment. (I have included it in another Airbnb listing.) The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one extra bed. If you reserve both apartments, they can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.

Marineta Suite

Marineta Suite is situated in the centre of Makarska, directly on the promenade. Completely refurbished in 2021 it's a elegant combination of retro and modern design. Overlooking the marina on one side and the Franciscan Monastery and Biokovo mountain on the other. Two bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms and individual climate control offer privacy and comfort for couple traveling together or families with children. The true gem in this apartment is the backyard with terrace and garden.

Makarska old town center

The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.
