Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi , only some steps to the water (or ice in winter). Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells, marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive -with no street lights.

Sonka Resort’s Mirror Houses are set by a frozen lake, surrounded by forest and open sky. Each cabin has a mirrored exterior for privacy, a lake-view glass wall, double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a projector screen. Local breakfast is available on request with at least three days’ notice. With several BBQ kotas on the premises, guests can enjoy outdoor cooking anytime. Igloo saunas and hot tubs are available to book. A quiet Lapland escape under the northern lights.

Mökille on 115 km Rovaniemen lentoasemalta ja Pyhälle 22 km. Ruokakauppa ja laskettelukeskus ovat 3 km päässä, hiihtoladulle noin 1 km.

Laskettelurinteille tai hiihtoladuille pääset vaivattomasti, lähes kotiovelta. Luonnon kauneus tulvii huvilaan sisään ison olohuoneen ikkunan kautta. Olet kirjaimellisesti keskellä luontoa. Koe Lapin luonnon rauha ja yötön yö ainutlaatuisessa lasiseinäisessä elämyslaavussa erämaajärven rannalla. Majoitus pedattuna 3:lle, omissa makuupusseissa yöpyville jopa 5 makuupaikkaa. Minikeittiössä keittolevy, mikro, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja astiat (lasit, mukit, lautaset, kahvipressot ruokailuvälineet jne.). Vieressä olevalla rantasaunalla suihkut. Kompostoiva puucee. Sauna on puulämmitteinen. Opastamme tarvittaessa saunan lämmityksessä. Käytössä kesällä ja alkusyksystä.

Villa Aihki on viihtyisä mökki rauhallisella Orresokan alueella. Varusteena kuitulaajakaista (100M), joten nettiyhteys soveltuu hyvin myös etätyöskentelyyn. Valaistu hiihtolatu ja kuntorata 100 m, kylpylä, ravintolat ym. Luoston palvelut 2,2 – 2,5 km. Ametistikaivos 7 km. Tupakeittiö, makuuhuoneessa parisänky, toisessa makuuhuoneessa 2 sänkyä (tähän makuuhuoneeseen käynti kuistin kautta), parvella 1 sänky (leveys 120 cm), sauna, pesuhuone/wc, lisäksi erillinen wc sekä katettu terassi.

Welcome to Villa Hemmilä! Unique farmhouse only 5km from the city center. The two -story log cabin has beds for five people and if needed one extra bed. Here you can enjoy Lapland in peace of nature, see the Northern Lights and meet the animals of the farm. The site has an outdoor sauna, a barbecue hut and the possibility of many other activities. NOTICE We do not recommend people with animal allergies to stay at this accommodation. There are horses, dogs and cats in the property.

Talviaamuna voit kävellä kauniilla lumisilla metsäpoluilla, kuunnella luonnon hiljaisuutta ja hengittää raikasta ilmaa.
