This ensuite room is independent from the main house, with its own entrance and small outside area. In a lovely spot, it is in the heart of Lyme Regis, but on a private road, borderig National Trust land and on the Coastal Path. Good for walkers and nature lovers. The beach, shops, pubs and restaurants are a 10 min walk away (through woodland, or public gardens). The room has no cooking facilities nor TV. It has a mini fridge, French press and kettle. We live on site with our children and dogs.

A fab rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane smugglers hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Welcome to Weighbridge Cottage! Renovated to a high standard, this is an airy holiday home for up to 5 people plus 2 cots in central Lyme Regis and is 4 minutes easy stroll from the beach! Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. There's private off road parking right next to the front door. I have tried to include everything you need, toys and games, and beach stuff

A much loved traditional and contemporary recently refurbished listed townhouse. We have amazing sea views of Lyme Bay and the Jurrasic coastline from the garden. Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. My place is good for family holidays with kids, group get-togethers, business travellers, romantic couple holidays and is dog friendly. Come and find a fossil on our beaches!
