Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Take a short walk or drive to the beautiful nearby beaches. Centrally located, the unit is walking distance from express trains and buses. It is just 1 hour to Sydney or 15 mins to Wollongong. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

The Annexe is a self contained double glazed free standing double brick cottage with 2 rooms. The property is pet friendly with a large garden which is fully fenced and secure. It has a small outdoor setting at the front of the Annexe and an outdoor entertainment area behind the Annexe with seating which is undercover and houses the BBQ and looks on to the garden.
