Terraced cottage, village location.

Our house is a beautiful, historic terraced cottage in a small village just outside of Penzance. The area is a conservation area. There are many original features. The house is directly opposite an eleventh century church providing a beautiful, restful view. We have two bedrooms available, a victorian style bathroom, a large living room with wood burning stove, a kitchen with original slate tiling and a conservatory style extension. The house is suitable for two couples, or a small family.

Perched on a hillside above Newlyn Harbour, with panoramic views over Mount's Bay, sits this lovingly restored granite home. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

Penzance Town, Scilly Isles Ferry & Train/bus station is an beautiful 20-25 min walk along Penzance seafront

A delightful barn conversion set in a tranquil area of West Cornwall. This single storey barn conversion is in a quiet location yet close to Penzance and local beaches. The cottage is on one level (single step in places) and has a fully enclosed south facing garden. The cottage is decorated to a high standard and has a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with en suite wet room. The cottage makes an excellent base with south coast beaches 10 mins drive away and St Ives 20 mins drive.

A stone's throw from the train station, the bus station, the town and the harbour. There is also a large car park 50 metres away which is reasonably cheap but FREE overnight.

Our Lodge is very private and peaceful, nestled next to woods and orchard with wonderful views over Mounts Bay but only 5 minutes from Penzance by car with its many restaurants and night life and is perfectly placed to explore the spectacular beaches and coastal paths of Lands End and St Ives. With private parking for 3 cars, it is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. We are always on hand to give you any help or information you may need. Your own transport is recommended.

St Pauls is a beautiful & historic converted Old School. It is located in the centre of Penzance, steps away from local shops, restaurants, cinema, galleries, parks and the seaside. Nearby there is Jubilee Pool, St Michaels Mount, Mousehole Harbour, St Ives, Porthcurno, Lands end and much more. This place is the perfect base to explore the best of Cornwall. Train, Bus, Taxi & Car Rental is a 10 minute walk away and there is a parking space for you to use directly outside the property.
