Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Welcome to our cozy home in a local area on Wualai Road. It is near the South Gate and the Old Town. You can walk around and enjoy the calm neighborhood & visit the local market with many delicious foods. The house is private for you. There are two single beds, bathroom with warm shower, microwave, kettle & some utensils for simple meals. There is no washing machine, but you can use laundromats at the market nearby. We are happy to welcome you. Please come and feel like local people here!

This is an amazing opportunity to stay in a handmade earth bag roundhouse in the Pai valley. This place is unique to experience the benefit of living in an eco building. Everything is made from local materials like earth, garlic straw and 80 year old teak wood. Rise with rooster crowing in the morning with cat and dog playing in the garden, walk in the paddy field and feed the cow with banana during the day, and enjoy quite afternoon sun set. All cottages equipped with aircon and private bathroom. Simple breakfast toast, tea and coffee are available in the morning.
