Villa Pehar cute apartment 2+2 je idealan za dvoje. ili obitelj sa 1-2 male djece. Za 4 odrasle osobe može biti malo nekomforan ( 33m2). Ima perilicu za rublje, jednu klimu, 2xTV. Udaljen je od gradske buke. ali blizu prekrasne šljunčane plaže u malim uvalama ( 10 min hoda ). Ima balkon sa pogledom na more, vizure grada i borovu šumu iz koje vas budi cvrkut ptica. Nalazi se na drugom katu . Centar je udaljen cca 15-20 min ugodne šetnje uz more,a najbliži restorani i marketi su 5-10 min .

Makarska old town center

The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.
