Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

Villa Margherita si estende su 2 livelli e possiede 2 terrazze attrezzate che offrono una vista incantevole sulla baia di Canneto e sulle isole di Vulcano, Panarea e Stromboli. Curata nei dettagli e nei colori in perfetto stile eoliano. Dista 2 km da Canneto e dalla spiaggia che percorsi in scooter si trasformano in appena 4 minuti, percorsi a piedi sono 25minuti. Si consiglia il noleggio di uno scooter o macchina

Casa Gaia

La struttura immersa nel verde di Pollara offre, sia dalla veranda, dalla camera da letto e dalla cucina, una vista mozzafiato. Grazie alla loro esposizione è possibile assistere ad un meraviglioso tramonto accompagnato dalla incantevole vista delle Isole Filicudi ed Alicudi. E' possibile tra l'altro raggiungere l'antico borgo di pescatori con una piacevole passeggiata, dove potrete riconoscere alcuni luoghi del film Il Postino. Posto ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

Gelso 2 a 200 m baia punta Scario

"Gelso 2" dista 200 mt dalla baia Punta Scario, 700 m dal porticciolo dei pescatori e 300 m dal centro del paese. Due viali di ingresso accedono alla casa uno lato baia Punta Scario e l'altro lato via Nilo centro del paese. Si compone di camera matrimoniale con bagno e propria terrazza vista mare, camera con due letti singoli con soluzione per altro matrimoniale, cucina pranzo, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, secondo bagno e ampia seconda terrazza attrezzata vista mare e tramonto.

L’Ulivo di Pollara , SeaView-Sunset,Salina Pollara

La Villa è situata a Pollara un piccolo e tranquillo villaggio a nord-ovest dell’isola adagiato sulla Caldera di un antico vulcano. La struttura è composta due case in stile eoliano collegate da un’ampia corte,al centro della quale si erge un maestoso ulivo secolare. In posizione privilegiata, con vista su Filicudi e Alicudi, il cielo al tramonto si tinge di tutte le sfumature d’arancio.

Punta Scario B

Scario B è un appartamento situato sul promontorio dello Scario. La casa è composta da 3 ambienti più 2 terrazzi panoramici. L'ingesso è condiviso con quello dell'appartamento sottostante, vi si accede da un cancello pedonale condiviso per poi dover salire una scalinata in pietra che vi porta sul primo piano della casa dove c'è uno dei due terrazzi. L'alloggio è dotato di un grande giardino dotato di lettini e ombrelloni, fruibile per gli ospiti di entrambi gli appartamenti.

Casa Rosa

The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.
