Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Ova nova, moderna kuća smještena je u Zemuniku Donjem, 10km od Zadra. Idealan odabir za obitelji s djecom. Nalazi se na ograđenom imanju sa bazenom, travnjakom, roštiljem i velikim parkingom. Sve spavaće sobe i dnevni boravak imaju klima uređaj i TV. Wifi je dostupan u cijeloj kući. Unutar sat vremena vožnje od kuće su gradovi Zadar, Nin, Biograd, nacionalni parkovi Paklenica i Krka te mnoge druge atraktivne lokacije. Najbliža plaža udaljena je 10km, trgovina 1km, zračna luka 4km.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

Ako se želite rashladiti u čistom moru parka prirode Telašćica, najbliža osamljena plaža je udaljena 2-3 minute od kuće. Kuća je opremljena malom kuhinjom i vanjskim grillom.
