We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Licensed by Ventura County. Our Dryer has a Steam Setting and Sanitize Cycle for all Bed Linens & Towels. SORRY we no longer take 2 children over 2, as the place got thrashed.
