The River Kiah - Wedgetail Lodge

The River is one of the most exclusive accommodation experiences on the Sapphire Coast. Surrounded by bush and set on the pristine Kiah Estuary 2km from the ocean, the 50 acre property is truly secluded and offers unparalleled private river access, kayaking, swimming, walking, bird watching and fishing. The stone lodge has a natural feel with spectacular views of the ocean and river. If you're up for exploring Eden, Boydtown, wonderful food, coffee and markets are all within a 10 minute drive.

The Studio at Raheen

The studio at Raheen is private, well appointed and detached from the historic cottage on the property. It has a separate bathroom and laundry area, a well equipped kitchenette, dining space and a comfortable sitting area. It features new furniture, a queen bed and provides great views of the lower lake. Wifi has been upgraded and speeds are good. In front there is a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. A boardwalk leading to town is close by. There is ample parking and space for boats.

Calle Calle Bay Cottage, self contained & central

The cottage is recentlyrenovated, centrally located, provides off street parking and a private entrance for guests. We are in a quiet residential area. Walk to Aslings Beach, Eden Killer Whale museum, Snug Cove port, cafes, boutiques, antique shops, pubs and a range of restaurants. Watch for whales and enjoy the ocean views from the private deck. Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available on request for infants.

Stay in this private unit, with a stunning garden view overlooking Merimbula Lake. You'll be surrounded by trees and the melody of bell birds throughout your stay. Your self-contained accommodation, downstairs and below our home, is 5 minutes away from the airport, yet is a serene space with wildlife in abundance in the green adjoining nature reserve.

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

Whale Tail Beach House

Welcome to Whale Tail Beach House: a pet-friendly haven with recently renovated interiors and stunning ocean views. Nestled by the National Park, it ensures privacy with direct bush access to the Pambula River. The spacious veranda offers a front-row seat for whale watching from May to November. Two dog-friendly beaches are within a 5-minute walk, and the tranquil Pambula River Mouth is nearby for a leisurely day by the water. Your coastal retreat awaits!

Belle Vue Apartment - Merimbula home with a view

Belle Vue apartment, located 1,2km from the town center, has spectacular views overlooking Lake and Bay area, 65 meters above sea level. The boardwalk is just 7 minutes away. You will be greeted with wine and a snack. A light breakfast provided of muesli, milk, toast, butter, jam and honey. This apartment is located beneath the owner’s home. There are 2 long flights of stairs down to the apartment, guests need to be fit.

Stunning Location Close to Lakeside.

My apartment is in a scenic location.Its attached to our house but is completely private and secure.A 500m walk to the lake and to the 4.5km walking track which goes into town following the lake.The beach is a 15 minute drive away.Our national park is a 10 min walk away. Note that Telstra phone reception works the best here, Optus and Vodaphone has limited reception.
