Due to load shedding we have installed an inverter for your convenience as well as a tank to supply the house with water when the towns water pumps can’t pump due to load shedding

This Cottage offers self-catering for 6 and has been lovingly decorated using a mixture of antiques and modern furnishings to make guests feel right at home. Built in the 1900’s as stables, this Cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Clarens and it's thought that farmers would arrive by ox-wagon before sharing Nagmaal (Holy Communion). There are 2 Cottages on the premises, set apart and with own entrances for privacy.

It has 5 bedrooms with 5 ensuite bathrooms. 4 Bedrooms have a king bed and the 5th bedroom has a queen bed. The veranda is a special place to enjoy your holiday from as it looks out over Mt Horeb mountain . The lounge is equipped with a beautiful fireplace. It has full premium DSTV. The main bedroom has it's own fireplace. There is space for 2 single mattres.
