French Style Cottage

Welcome to our gorgeous french style cottage with lake views and front deck.... Situated in a great area of central Taupo, just a short walk to the lake front and 15 minutes walk to the town centre, this French Style Cottage is the perfect place to stay for your next getaway. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with single) and there is also a sofa bed in the living room if required. The 3rd bedroom is set up as a wellness room with the infrared sauna. High quality linen is used on the beds and towels are provided. Eco friendly cleaning products are also used. If you are arriving by car, there is ample off street parking available. The cottage is situated in a quiet residential street but close enough to everything that is required. The closest large supermarket is a 20 minute walk, there is a smaller superette, fabulous cafe, fruit and veg shop, and butcher a mere 10 minutes walk away. Taupo is an incredible place to explore - kayaking, boating, the mountains, cafes. restaurants, the lake and surrounding rivers, amazing bush walks and mountain bike tracks. It is also the most beautiful place just to chill and absorb the incredible surroundings. As hosts we can leave you to be completely independent or help you with what you require be it a massage therapist, a private yoga class, organic healthy food, or just recommendations as to what there is available in our beautiful town. The accommodation is a fully private section of our large house. Private bathroom with two bedrooms (one with bunks), private deck space and guest entrance with own car park. It also includes a sauna and Central Heating. A little kitchenette includes hot and cold filtered water, plates and cutlery. There is a microwave, mini fridge and toaster in the lounge. There is a small Gas Camp Cooker on the deck (suitable for use in fine weather). Breakfast is continental (toast, cereal, tea, coffee).

It is a great get away for couples wanting a romantic getaway on the Kapiti Coast. If the sky’s are clear this is a great location for night photography. There's a tripod for your phone as well as binoculars to view the constellations from the comfort of a patio moon chair & blanket. There is a sauna, spa pool & swimming pool which is solar heated through summer.

Cosy guest sleep out with sauna on dairy farm

* No cleaning fees :) * Relax and unwind on our small peaceful farm guest sleep out. One bedroom one bathroom sleep out with kitchenette. One king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. Would suggest this for children only for the limited room. Can provide a travel cot for infants if organised in advance. 10 mins drive away from Kai Iwi beach and a 20-25mins drive to Whanganui. We are situated on the main highway but far enough to not hear traffic. Great location for kids to run around.

Cabin with access to indoor pool & sauna.

Hut style accommodation, situated in rural Omakere. A heated indoor 20 metre lap pool (*Sept-June*) and sauna are available for use. Great location for r & r, or just a journey break. An identical hut is available for family or group bookings. 14km from Pourerere beach. Reliable Star Link Internet. PLEASE NOTE - Bathroom is in a separate building 10 meters from the cabin. This is mostly private, however, on occasion we may have a caravan or motorhome here as we are a POP location.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Little Sequoia is a private, secluded guest house on our property, it is a seperate dwelling on its own, set amongst beautiful gardens and trees. Escape in the peaceful surroundings while enjoying the use of the Spa haven with an outdoor fire. There is also a sauna on the property for your use. Talk a walk around the beautiful gardens & look out for the native birds amongst the trees. A short 10 minute drive to Taupo township.

Beautiful purpose built holiday home. 3 bedrooms. Open plan living with fully functional kitchen including coffee machine and coffee pods. Full laundry facility including dryer. Games and toys for the kids. Lovely deck to enjoy a wine in the peace and quiet of the country. Lots of room for the kids to run around. Ample parking. We also have 3 cabins which sleep two in each for bigger groups. 12 people max. We also have a brand new gym, spa pool and infared sauna.

Toutouwai Chalet is part of Hidden Valley Retreat. A unique property set on 17 acres of land with three lakes. The chalet is modern and warm. There is a generous deck with views over a private lake.
