Our brand new and spacious Studio apartment is located in the centre of Dubai Marina. Uniquely for a standard studio, ours has a separate kitchen with doors and a dining table and can comfortably accommodate two adults on a large king size bed. There is a small sofa and also a console which can be used as an office desk. Bathroom has a walk in shower. The property is located on the first floor above a busy road which is parallel to Marina Promenade and direct drive to Sheikh Zayed Road.
