Comfortable outdoor furniture to make the most of the views, weber BBQ and spa pool for outdoor living. The house has great Indoor outdoor flow. Heat pump for controlled heating summer and winter. 6 kms to restaurants,shops. Many good surf beaches near bye. Estuary for boating.
