The Annex is self contained bedsit style with super king bed, own deck entrance, beautiful space looking out over the river and sculpture gardens with spa . 10 minute walk through kauri glade to village , (opposite my gates) 15 min drive to Mangawhai. 20 min drive to Kaipara Harbour / Kauri Museum / Waipu N.B.
