“Bungalow by the Bay” a little home away from home. Our 900sq/ft house is nestled in a small community on Humboldt Bay called Manila, between Eureka and Arcata. The area provides access to many activities; beaches, redwoods, and charming towns. Just a few blocks away is Samoa Beach and the Manila Sand dunes or head north to Moonstone Beach. To hike the redwoods, head to Sequoia Park or Redwood Park, both within 15 mins of the house. Also visit the charming towns of Trinidad and Ferndale.

Spend the day hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach-combing then come back to watch the sun melt into the ocean. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

We are 5 minutes to shopping and dinning and another five to the fabulous Moonstone Beach.

Each room has a queen bed with different firmness, as well as a queen pull out couch in the living room. An even split between Arcata and Eureka makes getting to 101 a straight shot. Less than a 5 min drive to the marina. Located near the beautiful redwoods!
