Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά . Η κατοικία ολοκληρώθηκε το 2022 και περιβάλλεται από ένα πανέμορφο φυσικό τοπίο και έναν υπέροχο κήπο που είναι στην αποκλειστική χρήση των επισκεπτών.

The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof!
