Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Offshore Ridge

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

Karri Tree Studio Apartment - 5 min walk to town

Brand new private and spacious studio apartment. A 5-minute walk to the Margaret River main street town, the Karri forest which surrounds the Margaret River, and a network of walk trails/mountain bike trails. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.
