The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Bright Cozy Apt in the heart of Margaretville Village features a queen-sized bed in the cozy sleeping loft, the couch opens to a twin size as well. The vaulted ceilings give the space a roomy feel, you can cook in and watch your favorite streaming channels on wifi, or go for a stroll out to dinner. We are within walking distance of all the amenities, hiking, fishing, antiques, shopping, cafes and more. We are close to Skiing, Fishing, Hiking, Wedding Venues, and all the Catskills have to offer.

Located in the Catskill Mountain Village of Margaretville our house is the perfect retreat for city folks that want to get away to the country but still want access to amenities. Amazing location, plenty of privacy with an acre of land but only a 5 minute walk to town. Our house is located at the edge of the village near 2 dead end streets. The driveway is off of one of the dead end streets so there is no car traffic past our house. Complete privacy when in the yard or sitting on deck.

This cozy chalet sits just outside of Margaretville, right around the corner from the Pakatakan Farmers' Market and Hanah Mountain Resort and Country Club. In town there is a grocery store as well as many wonderful restaurants to dine at. 15 minutes away is Belleayre Mountain Ski Center and Belleayre Beach at Pine Hill Lake. Across the road in Halcottsville you can go kayaking on Lake Wawaka, or 10 minutes down the road in Roxbury Ski Plattekill Mountain and Shephard Hills Golf Course.
