This is Side A of the waterfront duplex, it features an oversized living room with an 85" TV, plenty of board games, and a high-top bar & dining table for gathering. Outdoors, enjoy shared amenities including a large deck, fire pit, tables , dock, and swing. Two kayaks and two SUPs are available for fun on the river. Just 30 minutes from Lambeau Field with local limo services for game day.

The whole family has a place to stay and play in our 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The large living room has a marvelous view of the bay and is the perfect place to put your feet up and stream your favorite show after a day of kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Need to remote work? There are plenty of desks to catch a meeting after a day of fun.

We welcome you to stay at beautiful High Falls Riverfront Retreat only 30 ft from the waters edge. The cabin sleeps 6 w/ 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a large open concept kitchen/living room. If you’re looking for a great get away and you love the water, Sunset Lagoon is perfect! Use the paddle boat or kayaks (included), bring your boat to get out and enjoy the water. Or relax and fish right off the deck! On site private boat launch and docking in a sheltered lagoon connected to Riley’s Bay. When you get back from the beach or fishing, light a fire, roast Smore's or sit on the deck and relax. Put some burgers on the grill and grab a cold one. Enjoy the good life at Sunset Lagoon!

The house is located directly on the Menominee River, and has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and natural fireplace in an open concept space that is filled with natural light from a multitude of windows.
