A private outdoor patio facing the river, perfect for watching the sunrise over the water. Enjoy the kayaks or paddle boards each day with easy water access. A shared fifty foot dock reaches out into a shallow, kid-friendly depth of four feet of water. This is the warmest water on the Island for swimming. This space is the perfect place for a family or a couple to relax!

Welcome to Beaumont! Our spacious 2-bedroom, 1 full bathroom apartment is found in a quiet, desirable subdivision of Sydney River. Designed to be bright and airy with vintage touches, you will forget you are in a basement! Having all the amenities of home, our apartment is equipped with a complete kitchen, dining area, even a full washer and dryer. Our apartment is situated with easy highway access and is a short five-minute drive to downtown Sydney and a 45 minute drive to the Cabot Trail.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. It hosts a full kitchen, three bedrooms, one and a half baths, primary with a king size bed and a hot tub with water views. Walking trails and great food venues, are close for your enjoyment. Once you have all your supplies you can spend time watching cruise ships or boating activity in the Sydney Harbour, taking a walk or jog along a beautiful roadway. Wi-Fi and a smart TV with a Netflix account are included.

Discover what Sable Point Cottage has to offer: a timeless experience in nature that combines comfort & minimalism within one location. The simple, yet upscale layout, is comforting on the eyes & mind. Its adventurous setting, fitted with its unparalleled views, will conjure up excitement when you arrive. A boulder-studded wall rises up towards a stone walkway, which is fitted with an integrated fire pit. The outdoor hot tub & seasonal outdoor shower are located next to the cottage deck.

Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Welcome to our 9 acre private lot sitting up on a hill over looking the beautiful Mira River. Enjoy the open concept cottage with spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. A short walk down the hill takes you to your own private beach on the Mira River to swim in the day and enjoy a bon fire at night. The spacious deck has a large hot tub and chairs to enjoy the views. The property also has its own 1km hiking trail that circles the property.

The management fee that you see on your booking is the new 3% tourism marketing levy for Cape Breton Island that came into effect on January 1st 2024. It is required by law for all accommodations to charge and remit to their Municipality.
