Annie’s Place is 13 miles from downtown Chattanooga and less than a mile from Prentice Cooper State Forest. Home has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, a sauna, laundry room, 2 full baths, covered front porch, 2 car garage, and a back porch. The kitchen is fully equipped to take care of all your cooking and serving needs.

The Nest by the River

This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

This location has 2 king beds, and a small bunk room (with RV size mattresses)
