Fully furnished kitchen and fenced in private back yard! 3 queen size bed, leather sofas + electric recliner. Parking for 2. Located in a family friendly and safe neighbourhood. Guests have access to high speed wifi, cable +Netflix. Strictly no pets and no smoking/vaping/weed indoors. Basement is also used as Airbnb.

So, come spend a day or two away from the noise of everyday life and discover what Killarney has to offer. A few, maybe, helpful notes: Our cabins are probably not HGTV approved. The barn is near shared amenities and footpaths. We provide pillows, bed linens, and a quilt blanket. We have five centrally located restrooms. While the setting is peaceful, some highway and marina noise may be heard.

Ideal for people wanting to boat, fish, relax or visit the sights in Sudbury & spend the evenings by the lake. Nepewassi Lake is 16 miles long with good fishing. Owner's home is located on the property. Cabin includes bedding, towels, fridge, hotplate, charcoal grill. Children stay free-please inform when booking.

Off the grid cabin only 15 minutes from Sudbury. Water access only a boat/kayak/canoe is needed. 300ft from the boat launch. Includes a sectional couch that turns into a double bed, with bedding. BBQ, Fire pit, flushable outhouse, outdoor shower, outdoor dinning area with incredible views of the sunset. Equipped with aĺl cooking necessities. Water is supplied in barrels from the river to do dishes, and shower however; you will need to bring drinking water.
