Black Mountain Rukuruku

Black Mountain is nestled in the foothills of the Kaikōura Seaward Ranges, 6 km north of Kaikōura township. Designed for short and longer stays, the home is private, peaceful, and set in a beautiful rural landscape. The bedroom, living and dining spaces, bathroom, and deck enjoy mountain and garden views, with glimpses of the ocean from the grounds. On arrival, you’ll find a small selection of freshly prepared provisions — enough for a simple breakfast or two, with our compliments.

The Distillers Cottage at the Vines Village is nestled on the edge of 4 acres of landscaped grounds that make up the Vines Village in Marlborough, New Zealand. Adjacent to the Roots Gin Shack and Elemental Distillers. Design-led and attention to detail is what we are all about and we would love to share our amazing place in the world with you.

Ben Morven Vineyard Cottage

Experience country living with expansive views over the vineyard and valley. Open the dining room, lounge and bedroom doors wide open to enjoy an idyllic private setting. Enjoy the comforts of home by being able to drive into the garage with internal access, full kitchen, laundry, separate guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Looking over the township, across to the stunning ocean and up to the majestic Mt Fyffe, our middle cabin - Fyffe provides spectacular views in all directions. Walking distance to the beach below and just a 5 minute drive from local cafes and restaurants, you'll find the Clifftop Cabins tucked away on the peaceful Kaikoura Peninsula. Enjoy magical sunsets from the outdoor bath, or relax on the lawn with a glass in hand, ready to spot a passing whale or pod of dolphins.

Woodside Cottage

Unplug and unwind at Woodside Cottage with picturesque seaviews. Situated on a sheep and beef farm on the Kaikoura Coast- half way between Blenheim and Kaikoura (45min each way). It's a perfect base to explore both regions. The ferry in Picton is approximately 1h10min away. Watch the sunrise over the Pacific, take a stroll down to the beach to visit the seal colony or simply enjoy the serenity this private cottage has to offer with a book in hand.

Queen Charlotte Hideaway

Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
